Claims (1)
- 自動車車体に装着されるヒンジ部材に、中空の
導風板をスポイラ作用位置と不作用位置とに回動
自在に支持軸により取付け、電源に接続され通電
時に収縮する性質の形状記憶合金により形成され
た収縮部材を有する紐状部材を前記導風板の前記
中空部内に備えると共に、前記紐状部材の端部を
前記支持軸の中心から離して前記ヒンジ部材に取
付け、前記車体に設置されるストツパ板に前記導
風板の前記スポイラ作用位置と前記不作用位置と
に対応した少なくとも２つの停止部を形成し、前
記停止部に係合するストツパ手段を前記中空部内
に設けてなる自動車の可変式スポイラ装置。
