性体で成る一対の駆動足とによつて構成された移
動子と、該移動子に固定されて前記両駆動足に振
動を与える圧電振動子又は電歪振動子とから成る
超音波リニアモータを収納固定するとともに、前
記ミラーハウジングに支持されたミラー本体の周
辺部に前記第３のワイパアームの先端部が摺動自
在に嵌合支持されるガイドレールを敷設したこと
