Claims (1)
- 金属部材を盆状にプレス成形してなる熱盤１の
周縁に、外開きに斜向して開口する形状を有する
周壁２を一体的に形成し、かつ、該周壁２の肉厚
を周壁２以外の熱盤１の肉厚より薄く形成し、一
方、熱盤１の裏面に発熱部材６を溶着するととも
に熱盤１の表面に塗布、または熱処理を介しての
酸化による黒色の被膜１１を被層したことを特徴
とする熱盤式発熱体。
