造を表す縦断面図である。 １−弾性表面波素子、２−樹脂ケース、３−樹
脂蓋、４，５−金属板、４ａ，５ａ−シールド端
子。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 容器内に弾性表面波素子を収納し、容器からリ
ード端子を引き出した弾性表面波装置において、 前記容器を、それぞれ金属板を埋設又は接合し
た樹脂ケースと樹脂蓋から構成するとともに、両
金属板の一部をシールド端子として外部に引き出
すとともに、樹脂ケースと樹脂蓋とを樹脂部分で
接着したことを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
