作動時の位置ずれを検出する装置であつて、 所定位置に固定される本体と、 該ツールが基準位置にある時に該ツールの端面
と当接する第1検出面と、該第1検出面に隣接す
るとともに該第1検出面より突出した第2検出面
とをもち、該第1検出面または該第2検出面に当
接した該ツールにより移動自在に該本体に保持さ
れた可動部材と、 該可動部材の該本体に対する相対移動距離に応
じた信号を出力する検出部と、よりなり、 該ツールを作動させた時に出力される該検出部
からの信号により該ツールの位置ずれを検出する
ように構成されたことを特徴とする位置ずれ検出
装置。 (2) 本体は可動部材をツールに近づく方向へ付
勢する付勢部材をもつ実用新案登録請求の範囲第
