字機において、前記サーマルヘツドを、その先端
の発熱部がケース本体の下面から突出する使用位
置と、前記発熱部がケース本体下面から内側に引
込む収納位置とに移動可能に設ける一方、そのサ
ーマルヘツドを支持し、かつ該サーマルヘツドを
常時収納位置へ引き上げるように働く弾性体と、
ケース本体に有する実行スイツチを印字ＯＮ側に
操作したとき、サーマルヘツドを前記弾性体に抗
して使用位置へ押し下げるように作動する押下機
