Claims (1)
- 軸心に沿つて流体の流路が形成されたケーシン
グと、この流路内において常には流路を閉止する
位置に保持される一方、流体の通過に伴つて流路
を開放する位置に変位しうるよう、摺動可能に組
込まれたピストンと、前記ケーシングの一部に付
設され前記ピストンの変位に連動して流体検出用
電気回路を開閉するスイツチとを備えてなること
を特徴とする流体検出装置。
