ブ装置において、上記シヤフトをアクチユエータ
側シヤフトと弁体側シヤフトの2つから構成し、
且つ弁体側シヤフトの外径部にテーパ部を形成し

テーパ部が密接する為のテーパ面を備えるととも
に、上記弁体側シヤフトをアクチユエータ側へ押
圧するバネを上記弁体に備えたことを特徴とする
