の円周方向の両端側に、１対のコーンばねをそれ
らの中央部側が相手のコーンばね側に突出する姿
勢で対向配置し、両コーンばねの外周側部分で上
記コーンばねよりもばね定数の小さい第１コイル
ばねを挾持し、両コーンばねの中央部側部分でコ
ーンばねよりもばね定数の大きい第２コイルばね
を円周方向に遊びを有して挾持したことを特徴と
