- コイルとコンデンサでなる共振回路と、この共
振回路に接続されたインバータとを有してなるＬ
Ｃ発振回路において、上記インバータは、直列接
続された複数個のインバータでなり、この複数個
のインバータの間に抵抗とコンデンサでなる遅延
回路が挿入されていることを特徴とする発振回路
。
