Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電動機において回転子を支持するボールベア
リング、該ボールベアリングを保持するハウジン
グの軸受箱および該軸受箱の内側の端面と前記ボ
ールベアリングとの間に座金を収納し、該座金を
形状記憶合金で形成し、座金の軸方向高さを電動
機組立時の温度状態で減少変形させておき、電動
機運転時の軸受の温度上昇にて、元の形状に戻る
ようにしたことを特徴とする電動機。 ２ 請求の範囲第１項において、前記座金の軸方
向に凸部をボールベアリング外輪径と概同径に設
けたことを特徴とする電動機。 ３ 請求の範囲第２項において、前記座金の複数
点あるいは全周の外径を、前記軸受箱内径よりも
やや大きく形成し、電動機組立時の温度状態で前
記軸受箱内径よりも小さく変形させ、電動機運転
時の軸受温度上昇により元の形状に戻るようにし
たことを特徴とする電動機。
