Claims (1)
- ボデー内に予め形成された１次圧路、２次圧路
、該２次圧路に接続されたアキユムレータ、該２
次圧路に接続され且つ負荷並びにポテンシヨンメ
ータに結合される作動ピストンを有するシリンダ
を有し、該ボデーに該１次圧路に連通する油圧モ
ータ、及び１次圧路と２次圧路とを結ぶソレノイ
ドバルブを固定させていることを特徴とする一体
型位置制御装置。
