プ立下りエツジ検出回路と、テールランプ立上り
エツジ検出回路の出力信号がデイレー回路を介し
て入力されると共にヘツドランプ立上りエツジ検
出回路の出力信号が直接入力されるＡＮＤ回路と
、ヘツドランプ立下りエツジ検出回路の出力信号
がデイレー回路を介して入力されると共にテール
