    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自動車の車室を形成するキヤノピーの後方にお
    いて、車体上面の一部を形成する可動エアブレー
    キ部材をそなえ、同エアブレーキ部材の前縁を車
    体に枢着するヒンジが設けられるとともに、同ヒ
    ンジを介し上記エアブレーキ部材を回動起立させ
    るアクチユエータが設けられて、上記エアブレー
    キ部材が上面からみてほぼＨ型状に形成され、か
    つ、同エアブレーキ部材の横断面が中央部で上方
    へ隆起した尾根形状に形成されていることを特徴
    とする、自動車用エアブレーキ装置。
