、他方はこの下部脚部に嵌合されるとともに複数
個のピン孔を配設した上部脚部とからなり、この
上部脚部を前記下部脚部に嵌合し、前記ねじ部で
前記上部脚部の任意のピン孔に前記連結ピンを挿
通して連結し、前記巻上げ片を回動するようにし
