Claims (1)
- 射出シリンダ１の先端にノズル５を設けて該射
出シリンダ１の内部に設けた射出スクリユー３の
回転により溶融合成樹脂をノズル５の合成樹脂流
路５ａより射出するようにした合成樹脂射出装置
において、前記ノズル５の中心孔１６に常時は先
端の射出口１５を弁先で閉塞するニードル弁８を
挿入するとともに前記合成樹脂流路５ａは射出口
１５に向け基方から斜めに延びて射出樹脂圧によ
りニードル弁８を後退させるテーパー路に形成し
てあることを特徴とする合成樹脂射出装置。
