Claims (1)
- 互いに離間して並列された多数の偏平チユーブ
１と、夫々の前記偏平チユーブ１の両端が挿通さ
れて該挿通部がろう付け固定されると共に、周縁
部に環状の溝部２が形成された一対のチユーブプ
レート３と、最外側に位置する前記偏平チユーブ
１に平行に位置され両端部が外側に段付き状に曲
折されその段付き部４内面が前記溝部２の外側壁
にろう付けされるサイドメンバー５と、夫々の隣
り合う前記偏平チユーブ１，１間及び偏平チユー
ブ１と前記サイドメンバー５との間に挾持されて
折り返し湾曲部がろう付け固定される該偏平チユ
ーブ１の電極電位よりも卑なアルミニユーム又は
その合金で形成された多数のコルゲートフイン６
と、前記溝部２にＯリング７を介して裾部が嵌着
固定される合成樹脂製のタンク本体８と、を具備
するアルミニユーム製熱交換器において、前記サ
イドメンバー５の両端部の一部を前記段付き部４
の付け根部より該段付き部に対して相対的に切り
起こして、その切り起こし面９が該サイドメンバ
ー５の中間部と同一面上に位置すると共に、該面
９が前記溝部２外面の内側に位置し、その切り起
こし面９と前記偏平チユーブ１との間に前記コル
ゲートフイン６の端部が挾持されてろう付け固定
されたことを特徴とするアルミニユーム製熱交換
器。
