Claims (1)
- 滅菌器から排ガスを取出す水封式真空ポンプと
、上記滅菌器と上記真空ポンプの吸込側との間に
設けられ選択的に使用できるようにした複数個の
絞りを有する絞り回路と、上記真空ポンプの吐出
側に減圧弁を介して接続し燃料ガス供給源に減圧
弁を介して接続しその双方からの流入気体を混合
して送出する混合器と、ブロワーによつて供給さ
れる燃焼用空気供給室内に上記混合器からの混合
気体を供給し多孔質体を通してバーナタイル内に
噴出し燃焼させる構成の面燃焼バーナとを具備す
る有害排ガスの燃焼処理装置。
