- シンクを含むカウンターを備えた厨房設備にお
いて、前記カウンターに前記シンクよりも浅い第
２のシンクを設け、更にこれらのシンクの間にゴ
ミ廃棄用のダストチヤンバを設けたことを特徴と
する厨房設備。
