は底部側が前記環状溝に連通する細穴が設けられ
、該細穴内には当該細穴の開口側から外部操作さ
れて細穴内を摺動するピストンと、該ピストンに
よつて加圧される流体とが収容され、前記ピスト
ンによつて環状溝内に流入させた加圧流体で前記
薄肉円筒を弾性変形させて半径方向へ拡径せしめ
、前記電着砥石の内径へ圧接させてなる電着砥石
の取付装置。
