ものにおいて、固定電極部の一部を構成する固定
接触子台を上部導電筒内に延設し、 上部導電筒内上部に且つこの上部導電筒頂部と
の間に空間を残した状態で設置され、周縁をつば
状に形成したデフレクタと、このデフレクタの周
縁と固定接触子台の先端との間には開口を有し且
つデフレクタの周縁が固定接触子台の先端を覆う
