Claims (1)
- アルミニウム合金製シリンダブロツク下面に取
付けられ複数のベアリングキヤツプ部およびこの
各ベアリングキヤツプ部を連結するビーム部を有
する内燃機関の一体型ベアリングキヤツプにおい
て、前記キヤツプ部をアルミニウム合金より小さ
い熱膨張係数を有する鋳鉄で構成する一方、前記
ビーム部をアルミニウム合金と略同等の熱膨張係
数を有する高強度の特殊鋳鉄で構成し、前記ビー
ム部のベアリングキヤツプ部に対する各接合部の
一部位を溶接接合したことを特徴とする内燃機関
の一体型ベアリングキヤツプ。
