水溶液は透過可能であるが、土壌等固体粒子は
透過不可能な材料よりなる袋もしくは容器１に予
め選定した砂等の不良導体粒子２を詰め、且つそ
の不良導体粒子２中にアクリル樹脂等絶縁材料製
基材３に固定した一対のステンレス製電極４，４
を間隔をおいて埋設してなる水分センサ。
透過不可能な材料よりなる袋もしくは容器１に予
め選定した砂等の不良導体粒子２を詰め、且つそ
の不良導体粒子２中にアクリル樹脂等絶縁材料製
基材３に固定した一対のステンレス製電極４，４
を間隔をおいて埋設してなる水分センサ。
