た第１の回転磁気ヘツドと、前記第１のヘツド幅
より大なる第２のヘツド幅及び前記第１のアジマ
ス角と異なる第２のアジマス角となされ、前記第
１の回転磁気ヘツドから１８０°の角度を介して
前記シリンダに配置された第２の回転磁気ヘツド
を有する磁気再生機であつて、前記第１及び第２
の回転磁気ヘツドが、前記シリンダに略１８０°
の角度で巻回されて通常再生時の２倍速で連続走
行する磁気テープを交互にヘリカル走査すること
により、前記磁気テープの各映像信号トラツクか
ら映像信号を再生する早送り再生時において、前
記第１及び第２の回転磁気ヘツドにて連続再生さ
れる２フイールドの映像信号中の最小エンベロー
プが該２フイールドの何れに存在するかを検出す
る検出部と、前記２フイールドの映像信号中の最
小エンベロープが垂直同期信号の近傍に最短距離
で移動する様に、前記検出部の検出出力によつて
前記磁気テープの走行速度を制御する制御部より
