型を作動して針をかしめる方式であるが、この方
式に於いてはカムの回転を制御することが困難で
あり、従つてカムを所定の位置で正確に停止させ
ることが出来ず、カムは一旦回転を始めると最後
の停止余裕のある所迄一回転させていた。

しめ装置に於いて、前記カムのカム軸に取り付け
られた電動モーター及びブレーキと、前記カム軸
に取り付けられ所定位置に信号発生部を有するス
イツチングカムと、前記スイツチングカムに隣接
して設けられた該スイツチングカムの信号発生部
と係合して信号を発する信号変換部とを有し、前
記信号変換部からの信号に応じて前記電動モータ
ー及びブレーキを制御するよう構成したものであ
る。

ングカムの信号発生部と信号変換部との係合によ
つて信号を定期的に発生せしめるように構成し且
つ信号変換部からの信号によつて電動モーター及
びブレーキを制御するように構成したので、この
信号の発生するタイミングを例えばかしめ型に針
を挿入する位置と、針を次にかしめの為に回転す
る位置に合致せしめれば、前記カムをこれ等の位
置で正確に、しかも次の信号を送る迄の間永久的
に停止せしめることが出来、従つて作業手順を間
違つた場合にも充分に不良品の発生を防止すると
共にかしめ型の破損を防止することが出来る。

廻り続けるが、フートスイツチ28を、OFFに
すれば、次のスイツチングカム25の信号位置で
マイクロスイツチ26の信号を発生させ、この信
号によつてリレーRの自己保持を解除し、モータ
ーMの電源を切ると同時にブレーキ27に通電し
てカム18を所定位置で正確に停止せしめること
が出来る。

ーターM及びブレーキ27を制御し得るよう構成
したので、スイツチングカム25の凹部24、凸
部24a等にマイクロスイツチ26の突起が触れ
ることによつて、該スイツチ26から信号を発生
させ、この信号によつてカム軸19を介してカム
18を正確な位置で停止せしめることが出来る。
従つて、カム18を停止させるタイミングを規定
することによつて、前述の如き針の上下型5,6
への挿入時、針の回転時等の希望する作業時に上
型5の作動を停止せしめることが出来る。又この
停止はフートスイツチ28を踏む等の手段によつ
て次の信号を送る迄、永久的に停止出来るので、
その間に針の位置の確認、位置の手直し等の所定
の作業を充分に時間をかけて実施することが出来
る。

29を切り替えて使用することも可能である。

すると共に不良品の発生を防止し、更にかしめ型
が破壊されることも防止することが出来、未熟練
作業者でも容易に作業出来る等の特徴を有するも
のである。

及びブレーキを制御するよう構成したことを特徴
とした針付糸のかしめ装置。
