口、弁座、受圧弁よりなる２次受圧ピストンをシ
リンダカバーに配置し、該２次受圧ピストンの背
後にはバネを介して該シリンダカバーに螺合する
調整部材を組合わせた高速シリンダのクツシヨン
装置。 (2) 前項にいう２次受圧ピストンと調整部材を
含む大気連通孔組立をシリンダの外側に取り付け
てなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高速
シリンダのクツシヨン装置。
