の第２頂壁部分に口部１２を穿設して該口縁から
口筒１３を起立し、更に該口筒側方の第２頂壁部
分に切欠き１４を設けて、該切欠きの上記口筒側
の縁部から可撓性ある帯片１５を介して、該帯片
と連結するままで上記口筒へ嵌合させる口蓋１６
を、切欠き内へ裏返し状態に位置させて形成させ
、全体を弾性ある合成樹脂材により一体成形させ
