る同時に、該芯材の表面に前記フオーム材がその
成形面形状に応じて均一な厚みで一体化されてな
ることを特徴とする自動車用サンバイザ。 (2) 前記成形された表裏面が折畳み用の薄肉ヒ
ンジ部により製品展開形状に一体に接合され、該
薄肉ヒンジ部を介した表裏面の閉じ合わせによつ
て中空シエルタイプのサンバイザ本体が構成され
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項に記載の自動車用サンバイザ。 (3) 前記表裏面が別個に成形され、接合縁に沿
つた表裏面の接合によつて中空シエルタイプのサ
ンバイザ本体が構成されることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請の範囲第１項に記載の自動車用サンバ
イザ。 (4) 前記芯材を構成するブランクは、フエルト
等からなる熱硬化性樹脂含浸のマツト材であつて
、加熱加圧成形によつて適度な弾性と保形性を有
する中空シエル状の芯材を構成することを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項
