(Prior Art) A rotary louver that allows ventilation and blocks the ventilation as needed is already known. As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, this louver is rotatably attached to the frame 2 at the center of the blade material 1.
As shown in Figure B, the blade plate 1 is opened and parallel to each other to allow air to pass through, and when shutting off, it is rotated to close the blade plate 1 as shown in A. In such a device, if ventilation is blocked, daylight is also blocked, and the places where it can be used are limited. Therefore, a louver vane was created in which a metal plate and a glass plate were attached so that they crossed each other in a criss-cross pattern, and the blades rotated around the center of the intersection.

In this way, louvers that use slats that combine opaque slats and transparent slats in a criss-cross pattern can block ventilation even when daylight is allowed.
Depending on the rotation angle, ventilation can be achieved by making it impossible to see into the room from the outside. Therefore, it can be made into a multifunctional louver that functions as a shutter or a lattice.

In such a configuration, since the vane is simply inserted into the socket, it is especially difficult to stably hold the glass plate, which serves as the lighting vane, in the socket. Further, when an adhesive is applied to the edge of the glass plate and the glass plate is inserted and fixed to stabilize the glass plate, there is a problem in that it is difficult to replace only the glass plate when it is damaged.

Translucent lighting blades 13 are attached to the engaging bodies 19, 19 as shown in FIG. 2, but one side is longer than the other and is asymmetrical with respect to the rotating shaft 17. This lighting vane board material 13 is made of plastic, both long and short, and is formed into a box having the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. ing. This engaged portion is inserted into the groove of the engaging portion 19 from above or below the light shielding blade plate 14, and the daylighting blade plate 13 is attached to both sides of the light shielding blade plate 14.

At both ends of the lighting blade plate material 13, a packing holding part 25 is formed, similar to the tight part 16 of the light shielding blade plate material 12, and a packing 26 is held here.
It goes without saying that this packing 26 is exactly the same as the packing 20 of the light-shielding slat material. Furthermore, as described above, the same tight portions as the tight portions 15 are attached to the upper and lower ends of the lighting slat material 13. Of course, it does not have to be formed into a box shape with such a tight part, but the engaging part 1 must be formed at one end (one side).
It may also be a semi-transparent plate having an engaged portion shaped to be inserted into the grooves 9 and 19 and engaged.
Moreover, it may be transparent instead of translucent.

A plurality of vanes 10 having the above configuration are rotatably attached to the frame 11 in parallel with each other around rotating shafts 17, 17. The rotation mechanism of this blade plate 10 is similar to the rotation mechanism of a conventional rotary louver, in which the tip of a lever attached to the rotating shaft 17 of each blade plate is moved by a string, etc. It is possible to use a device in which gears are rotated by a motor or the like.

A partial cross section of a state in which a plurality of vanes 10 of the above embodiment are arranged is shown in FIGS. 5 to 7.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the light-shielding blade material 12 is closed by bringing its tips into contact with each other, light is shielded and ventilation is also blocked. In this embodiment, the light-shielding slat material 12 is filled with a heat insulating material inside, and the side edges and upper and lower ends of the light-shielding slat material are made tight with packing, so that when the light-shielding state is set as shown in the figure, the insulation material is insulated. , sound insulation can be measured.

When the blades 10 are rotated appropriately from the state shown in FIG. 5, a gap is created between adjacent blades as shown in FIG. 6, allowing ventilation. At this time, if a translucent material is used as the lighting vane material 13, depending on the rotation angle, it is possible to allow ventilation without being able to see inside at all from the outside. This point will be explained in detail later.

If it is further rotated from the state shown in FIG. 6, it can be closed with the lighting blade material 13 as shown in FIG. Since the lighting slat material 13 allows light to pass through, it is possible to let light into the room while remaining closed. That is, in this embodiment, ventilation can be blocked in daylight conditions, and ventilation can also be caused by rotating the blade plate 10.

As described above, this embodiment can be set in a light-shielding state and a daylight state, and can be used as a surface lattice with a shutter function because it can block ventilation and block ventilation in the daylight state. Moreover, since the light-shielding slat material 12 is also filled with a heat insulating material, it can have a heat insulating and soundproofing effect when functioning as a shutter. In addition, when closed, the circumference of each slat is tightened in either state, so it can be attached to a window opening by itself, making it a fitting that functions as a lattice, shutter, or sash. It can be done.

FIGS. 8 to 14 relate to other embodiments (the gaskets are omitted in the figures), and are intended to explain the state in which ventilation is provided while blocking visibility from all angles. Wing plate 27 shown in FIG.
A light shielding blade material 28 of the same shape and a lighting blade material 29 made of a semi-transparent plate are made orthogonal to each other at the center. The light-shielding blade material 28 is made of an opaque material. The dimensions of the light shielding and lighting slats are as shown in the figure, with an overall length of 74 mm, thickness of 6 mm, and length from the center of rotation to the thin abutment part of 22.5 mm.
mm, and the thickness of the abutting part is 2 mm. This feather plate 2
7 and 27 are attached at 60 mm intervals, and in this example, even if the blades are rotated 12 degrees from the closed state with the light-shielding blade material 28, the tips of the lighting blades 29 and the tips of the light-shielding blade material 28 will remain unchanged. The parts overlap, making it impossible to see inside from any angle. In other words, by rotating it at any angle up to 12 degrees, it is possible to ventilate while blocking the view.
In the case of this embodiment, the shading vane material 28 and the daylighting vane material 29 intersect at their centers, so the rotation angle from the shading state that allows visibility and ventilation is almost the same as the rotation angle from the daylight state. It's an angle.

FIG. 10 shows a vane plate 3 in which the same light-shielding and daylighting vanes 28 and 29 as described above are obtained by shifting the center of rotation of the daylighting vane 29 by 5 mm with respect to the light-shielding vane 28.
It is 0. The interval between the blade plates 30 is also 60 mm. In this example, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, ventilation can be provided while blocking the view up to 18 degrees from the light-blocking state and 19 degrees from the daylight state.
By making one of the intersecting blades eccentric relative to the other, the range in which ventilation can be carried out while blocking the view is increased.

FIG. 14 shows still another embodiment, in which a middle beam 3 with a width of 10 mm is placed in the middle of the mounting position of the blade plate 27 in FIG. 8.
1 is attached, and the tip of the blade plate 27 is brought into indirect contact via the middle crosspiece 31. The mounting interval of the blade plates 27 was set to 70 mm. in this case
Allows ventilation while blocking visibility up to 12 degrees. As shown, in the case of FIG. 14, the tips of the vanes 27 are prevented from overlapping through the middle crosspiece 31, but even if the middle crosspiece 31 is provided and they are further overlapped as shown in FIG. good. In that case, even if it is rotated to a larger angle, the view is blocked by the middle crosspiece 31, making it almost impossible to see inside.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the light-shielding slats are integrally formed on the left and right sides of the center of rotation, and the engaged portion of one end of the light-shielding slats is placed in the groove of the engaging body provided on both the front and back surfaces of the shading slats. Since it has a structure in which it is inserted and engaged, the daylighting slats can be stably held on the light-shielding slats without using screws or bolts that would impair the aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that the lighting slat material is damaged, only the damaged one can be easily replaced.
