(Field of Application of the Invention) The present invention is directed to a collective punching tool for industrially mass producing a cutlery for molding rice cracker hail, especially a cutter having a tasteful appearance, while minimizing the generation of punching waste. Concerning knives. (1) Background Arare and okaki have been popular as traditional rice crackers made from glutinous rice for a long time, and are not only used as snack foods but also as snacks for beer. It's becoming something that shouldn't be. These hailstones ('hail' and 'okachi' cannot be strictly distinguished, and in some regions the two are called interchangeably, so hereafter they will be collectively referred to as 'hail'). There are two ways to make mochi (mochi), one is to cut the raw mochi dough and the other is to punch it out with a mold. However, with the former method, only simple shapes such as plates, rods, and granules can be made. , and productivity is not high. Therefore, today, with some special exceptions, mechanical punching is the mainstream. (2) Problems with the Prior Art However, the mechanical punching method has the disadvantage that it generates a large amount of punching waste and that it is difficult to give a pattern or the like to the surface of the product. Of the above two problems, the inventor has already completed the invention of Patent No. 1150001 (Special Publication No. 57-1217) and succeeded in reducing the generation of punching waste to the minimum, but the product It was not possible to add phenomena such as patterns to the surface. Furthermore, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-16949, which preceded the filing of the present application, a stamping cutter was used to separate squid shapes alternately along the width direction of a strip of dough for snacks and rice cakes with a slight force. Techniques have been shown in which the fabric is cut into small pieces and then separated into individual squid-shaped dough, but this method is extremely difficult to prepare flexible dough sheets to exact widths and thicknesses. It is not suitable for producing high-grade hailstones that require uniformly shaped products. [Problem to be solved by the invention] Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a means for efficiently producing high-quality hailstones with uniform shapes while minimizing the by-product of punching waste. It is to be.

[Means for Solving the Problems] (1) Overview In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a cutter for forming hailstones according to the present invention is a sheet of rice cake dough that is placed on a conveyor belt and progresses in a fractional manner. A knife for continuously punching mochi dough, which has a plurality of annular unit punching blades each having a symmetrical cutting edge shape corresponding to the outline of the hail to be formed. A set of punching blades provided symmetrically and continuously in a zigzag manner along the direction of travel, and the above-mentioned contour from the cutting edge of each unit punching blade that constitutes the set of punching blades and/or separately from the blades. A non-annular independent cutting blade extending inside the area surrounded by the line and having a shape corresponding to various graphical elements of the target hailstone, and a plunger capable of sliding inside the punching blade are arranged. , characterized in that the front and rear contours of the collective punching blade are formed to correspond to each other. (2) Structure In other words, the cutter of the present invention consists of a combination of the following elements. A knife for continuously punching out mochi dough that is placed on a conveyor belt and progressing piecemeal, and the knife has an annular shape with a cutting edge shape corresponding to the outline of the hail to be formed. A plurality of unit punching blades are connected along the direction of movement of the mochi dough and are collective punching blades provided in a zigzag pattern. Extending from the cutting edge of each single punching blade constituting the collective punching blade and/or separately from the blade into the area surrounded by the above contour line, and forming a shape corresponding to various graphical elements of the target hailstone. The invention includes a non-annular independent driving blade and a plunger that can slide inside the punching blade. The collective punching blade extends from the cutting edge of the blade and/or separately from the blade into the area surrounded by the contour line, and has a non-circular shape corresponding to various graphical elements of the target hail. be equipped with independent cutting blades. The front and rear contours of the collective punching blade are formed to correspond to each other. Hereinafter, a supplementary explanation will be given regarding the structure of the cutlery. (b) Collective punching blade: A collective punching blade is an annular molded body (an assembly of unit punching blades) equipped with continuous blades that follow the outline of the hailstone to be formed. As shown in FIG. The punching blade has a single-edged or double-edged cutting edge corresponding to the outer shape of the target hailstone at the tip of the blade. Each punching blade is equipped with a plunger inside, and by its movement, After punching, the mochi dough remaining inside the mold is forcibly discharged. The contour shape of the cutting edge is designed to minimize the size of the expensive mold, while at the same time increasing productivity and reducing the amount of punching waste. In order to minimize the damage, the structure is as follows: (a) It is a collection of unit punching blades. (b) The unit punching blades are arranged in a zigzag pattern along the direction of movement of the belt, that is, the mochi dough. (c) Form the collective punching blade so that the front and rear contours (in the direction of movement of the mochi dough) correspond to each other. To explain, the mold 10 has a structure in which five unit blades 10A to 10E each having a fish shape are joined together in a zigzag manner, and each blade body 11 has a fish-shaped outline. A space sandwiched between the unit blade 10A and the third unit blade 10C, and the third blade 10C and the fifth unit blade 10E
The shapes of S 1 and S 2 are the same as the shape of the rear half of each unit cutter. Similarly, cutlery 10B and 10D
The shape of the space S3 sandwiched between is the same as the shape of the front half of each unit cutter, and
The shapes of the spaces S 4 and S 5 at the rear of 0A and 10E are also similar to the shape of the front half of each unit cutter. Therefore, if you use this knife to advance the dough one fish at a time, five fish shapes will be punched out of the mochi dough one after another, and there will be almost no loss. Specific shapes of unit blades include, for example, fish shapes (e.g. horse mackerel, yellowtail, tuna, bonito, etc.);
Examples include shrimp, leaf-shaped (e.g. maple, cherry, etc.), fan-shaped, spindle-shaped, heart-shaped, etc.
In any case, it is necessary to form a symmetrical assembly of unit shapes such that the remaining part from the previous punching is punched out by the next punching. (B) Cutting blade: Cutting blade, from the cutting edge of the blade in (B) and/
Or, separately from the blade, a notch (a narrow slit penetrating from the top surface of the fabric to the bottom surface of the fabric) that extends inside the area surrounded by the contour line to give the molded product various desired shapes (shapes, patterns, etc.) )give.
The number and shape of the main blades should be freely designed depending on the purpose, but the solid punching blades should be designed from the cutting edge of the cutter in (a) and/or regardless of the cutting edge line (contour). A non-circular straight line and/or curved line must be formed within the contour enclosed by the line. That is, the cutting edges must not touch each other, be connected to the contour line, or form an annular shape. As will be explained in the "Function" section below, the expansion that occurs when the dough is roasted or oiled is prevented by the incisions (in other words, expansion does not occur at the incisions). this (or these)
By designing the shape of the incision according to the purpose, for example, the eye of a fish, the mouth, the fin rays or notches in the fin, the bones of a fan, or the notches in the veins or edges of a tree leaf, etc. can be made into uneven, striated, or It becomes possible to express a vertical defect part etc. in a model form through pixels. As a result, the hail molded according to the present invention has a three-dimensional expressiveness that was not possible with conventional hailstones, making it extremely tasteful. (c) Plunger: The plunger for ejecting is provided inside the cutter in (a) so as to be able to slide freely along the contour line of the blade independently of the blade. Forcibly ejects the molded object inside the blade. Note that the main body of the plunger must have a passage (slot or notch) so that the movement is not hindered by the cutting blade (b). (3) Production of hailstones The production of hailstones using the knife according to the present invention is almost the same as the conventional method of producing hailstones, except for the manufacturing of the punching die. That is, glutinous rice that has been steamed in advance is milled, rolled out into flakes with a roll, punched out with the punching die, and then roasted or oiled to produce a product. At this time, seasonings such as soy sauce, miso, sugar, and salt; flavoring agents such as cheese, butter, and cream; chili pepper, koshiyou, chiyouji, laurel, pimento (allspice),
Spices such as onion, nutmeg, cinnamon, paprika, and vanilla, and flavoring agents such as crushed pieces of seaweed, green laver, shrimp powder, sesame, beans, and nuts are mixed into the crushed raw materials depending on the properties of each ingredient. It is applied or sprinkled onto the die cut hail fabric. (4) Apparatus The method of the present invention may be carried out using a hand press on a very small scale. However, industrially, for example, an automatic machine consisting of a conveyor that moves intermittently and a cutter with an ejecting plunger attached to a movable member that moves up and down toward the conveyor surface is preferably used. In this case, the rice cake dough that is placed on the conveyor and sent intermittently is punched by the cutter that has descended to a position directly below the cutter while the conveyor is stopped. The formed hail dough that has been inserted into the cutter is then ejected and collected onto a collection container or collection conveyor by the movement of the conveyor or cutter attachment device itself and the lowering of the plunger, after which the conveyor or cutter attachment device is struck. The cycle of returning to the punching device and waiting for the next punch is repeated. Of course, the fabric must be fed out a predetermined length before the next punching operation is performed. Note that in the above device, the plunger for discharging the punched fabric remaining in the cutter does not necessarily need to be driven by power, and as long as the conveyor or the cutter attachment device is moving at a sufficiently fast speed, The pressing force that the plunger receives during punching is accumulated as the spring's anti-compression force,
By utilizing the repulsive force generated when the spring is released, the punched hailstone fabric can be discharged towards the lateral collection means. [Function] FIG. 1 is an enlarged plan view of a hailstone material to be punched showing an example of application of the present invention to forming fish-shaped hailstones, FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line W-W in FIG. 1, Figure 3 shows
FIG. 1 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line X-X, and FIG.
Figure 5 is an enlarged plan view of the hail obtained by roasting the dough shown in the previous three figures, Figure 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view along line Y-Y in Figure 4, and Figure 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view along line Z-Z in Figure 4. FIG. As mentioned in the section (4) above, during the punching operation, the soft hailstone material 2 to be punched is temporarily removed from the blade body 1.
1, the plunger (ejector) 13 descends along the inner wall of the support member of the blade.
is pushed out on average. Therefore, even soft fabrics hardly deform. This effect is important as a prerequisite for obtaining high quality hailstones with a uniform shape. Next, when the obtained dough 2 is roasted or oiled, almost no expansion occurs in the notch 4, but expansion occurs in other parts 5, and the degree of expansion increases as the distance from the notch 4 increases. growing.
Therefore, unevenness is formed on the hail 3 of the product with the notch 4 in between. That is, as is clear from FIGS. 5 and 6, three-dimensional unevenness is generated that resembles the eyeball E or fin F of a fish. Further, since the expansion is particularly significant in the region sandwiched between the notch 4 and the edge of the dough 2, a molded product with the mouth M of a fish open as shown in FIG. 4 is obtained. Such an effect is surprising,
This is completely unpredictable based on the experience of conventional hailstone production, and it is clear that it has the effect of significantly enhancing the taste of the product hailstone 3. In addition, as an effect of the fact that the front and rear contours of the collective punching blades arranged in a zigzag pattern correspond to each other, there is an effect that almost no waste is generated during punching. has already been mentioned. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of implementing the invention will be described using an example. However, the example is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to limit the connotation or extension of the spirit of the invention. Embodiment 1 FIG. 7 is a slightly enlarged plan view of a punching cutter used for forming fish-shaped hailstones according to the present invention, viewed from the direction of the cutting edge, and FIG. 8 is taken along the line U-U in FIG. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the principle of punching using the above knife. The punching cutter die 10 has a structure in which five unit cutters 10A to 10E, each having a fish shape, are alternately joined together, and each has a blade body 11 having a fish-shaped outline, and a blade body 11 having a fish-shaped outline. Three types of cutting blades 12 for forming incisions for the mouth, eyes, dorsal fin, and caudal fin, respectively, extending inward.
a, 12b, and 12c (generally referred to as 12), and the cutting edges of the punching blade and each cutting blade are sharpened into blunt double-edged edges as shown in FIG. The plunger 13 has an outer shape corresponding to the inner shape of the punching blade 10, and a notch 14 corresponding to the outer shape of the cutting blade 12 in a portion facing the cutting blade 12.
a, 14b and 14c (collectively referred to as 14),
A return spring (not shown) applies thrust in the direction of the cutting edge. The thickness h' of the plunger 13 is set smaller than the thickness h of the cutter 10 by the maximum thickness of the target material 1. The principle of punching the dough 1 using the above knife is the 9th.
As shown in the figure. That is, when the dough 1 is placed on the backing plate (rubber conveyor belt) C and a force is applied to the punching blade 10 in the direction of the arrow, the plunger 13 retreats first, and then each cutting edge of the punching blade 10 and the cutting blade 12 enters the mochi dough 1 and punches out the hail dough 2,
This punched material momentarily fits into the cutter 10 and is immediately pushed out from inside the cutter 10 by the return of the plunger 13 by the return spring. If the backing plate C is removed (or the cutter is moved) before this extrusion occurs, the shaped dough 2 will fall out of the cutter. In practice, the cutter of FIGS. 7-8 is moved longitudinally by the length of one fish for each punching process. Therefore, for the first punching, the cutter 10A-10 was used.
The hail cloth corresponding to C will be cut with a knife of 10D in the next punching.
A piece of hailstone fabric corresponding to -10E is punched out, and no loss occurs. Embodiment 2 FIG. 10 is a plan view similar to FIG. 7 of a cutter 10 for punching and forming fan-shaped hailstones, and FIG. The plan view of the individual, FIG. 12, is shown in FIG. 11, line A-
It is a sectional view along A. The cutter of this example also does not cause any punching loss like the previous cutter, and the fired graupel solid 3 has linear unevenness in the notch 4, which corresponds to the center point E of the graupel of the previous example. Produces a central region P.
