(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional continuous heating type pressure cooker described above has a casing that communicates with the main body of the pot through an inlet, and has an opening on the opposite side of the inlet, and an article inlet having an opening. The main body is fitted into the casing, which communicates with the pot main body through the carry-out port, and has a take-out port on the opposite side of the carry-out port. The outlet of the extractor body is alternately communicated with the inside and outside of the pot body by rotating both bodies,
This is for receiving and transporting heated foods.
When the charger body and the extractor body communicate with the pot body, high-temperature, high-pressure air that has flowed from the pot body into the charger body or the extractor body is released to the outside when each body is opened, and heat is generated. This causes a loss of pressure, so
To prevent this, the injector body and the extractor body must be connected by a pipe equipped with a pump, valve, etc. in order to transfer high-temperature, high-pressure air from one side to the other when both are closed. The dot was hot.

Therefore, if you rotate the sliding shaft so that the opening faces upward, store the actual cans into a pair of storage pockets located outside the entrance, and then slide the sliding shaft in the opposite direction after storing the cans. As described above, the sliding shaft positions a pair of storage pockets containing actual cans at the entrance part in a state where airtightness is maintained by engaging one or more seal rings and the bearing part, Since the set of storage pockets from which the actual cans were delivered are positioned outside the entrance, the sliding shaft is rotated accordingly to send the actual cans in the storage pockets to the conveyor and then returned to the storage pockets. Store the cans and move them to the entrance,
The operation of sending actual cans to the conveyor by rotation,
If this is done in synchronization with the progress of the conveyor, the continuous supply of actual cans will be reliably carried out in an airtight state.

When the cans are continuously supplied in this manner, the cans are conveyed through the pressure cooker by the conveyor for a predetermined period of time, during which time they are sterilized and reach the outlet. Therefore, when the previous sterilized real can falls from the conveyor into a pair of real can storage pockets on the sliding shaft passing through the exit section, the storage pocket at the entrance section is moved to the entrance section by means of reciprocating the sliding shaft. When the actual cans are ejected from one set of storage pockets, the cans are ejected from one set of storage pockets by rotating the storage pockets using the rotating means so that the openings of the storage pockets face downward. When the opening is returned to face upward, the storage pocket located within the inlet section will receive the actual cans that fall one after another from the conveyor. Therefore, when the storage pocket receives the cans, the sliding shaft is slid in the opposite direction, and the set of storage pockets located at the entrance are positioned outside the entrance, and after the cans in this storage pocket are discharged, put it back,
If the operation of dropping cans from the conveyor into a set of storage pockets located in the entrance section is carried out in synchronization with the progress of the conveyor, continuous discharge of cans can also be carried out reliably in an airtight state. It is.

In the apparatus shown in the above embodiment, the sterilization operation is started in a state in which the sliding shaft 6 positions a set of real can storage pockets 8 on the left side of the inlet section 4 as shown in FIG. 2 of the drawings. If so, the actual cans 10 are fed at once into the storage pocket 8 located outside the inlet portion 4 by an appropriate feeding means (not shown), and when the feeding is finished, the sliding shaft 6 is moved by the cylinder 17. In the figure, move it to the right. Then, the pair of actual can storage pockets 8 that have been located outside the entrance section 4 are now located outside the entrance section 4.
Then, the storage pocket 8 located at the entrance section 4 moves to the right side of the entrance section 4. Therefore, when the sliding shaft 6 is rotated by the torque actuator 25 and the opening, which was facing upward as shown in FIG. 3, is turned sideways as shown in FIG. are sent to the conveyor 2, and accordingly, the sliding shaft 6 is rotated in the opposite direction by the torque actuator 25, so that the opening of the storage pocket 8 faces upward, and the one set located outside the entrance portion 4 is If the feeding means feeds the cans 10 into the storage pocket 8 at once, and the cylinder 17 moves the sliding shaft 6 to the left in FIG. 4, and the storage pocket 8, which has been emptied by sending out the actual can 10, moves to the left side of the entrance portion 4. At this time, the sliding shaft 6 is rotated by the torque actuator 25 to send the real cans 10 in the storage pocket 8 to the conveyor 2 and return them, and the real cans 10 are transferred to the storage pocket 8 outside the entrance part 4. to move the sliding shaft 6 to the right, move the storage pocket 8 containing actual cans 10 to the entrance part 4, move the empty storage pocket 8 to the outside of the entrance part 4, and rotate the sliding shaft 6. By repeating the operation of feeding the cans 10 in the storage pocket 8 to the conveyor 2, it is possible to continuously supply the cans 10 to the conveyor 2 in the pressure cooker 1. On both sides of the shaft 4, one or more seal rings 13 in the annular grooves 11 provided between the housing pockets of the bearing sleeves 15, 15 are always in contact with each other, thereby closing the gap between the sliding shaft 6 and the bearing sleeves 15, 15. Since it continues to be closed, complete airtightness is maintained and no steam leaks from the inlet portion 4 side.

Since the sterilization is completed by the time the sterilized cans 10 reach the outlet part 5, the cans 10 that have been sterilized reach the outlet part 5 from the conveyor 2 to the storage pocket located at the outlet part of the sliding shaft 7. 9, the sliding shaft 7
is slid to the left side in FIG.
The empty storage pocket 9 is moved to the exit part 5, and the sliding shaft 7 is rotated by the torque actuator 26 to turn the opening of the storage pocket 9 sideways and send out the actual can 10. then return it to exit section 5.
When the sterilized can 10 falls into the empty storage pocket 9 located at
Move the empty storage pocket 9 to the outside of the storage pocket 9 and rotate it, send out the can 10 in the outer storage pocket 9 and return it, and transfer the actual can 10 to the empty storage pocket 9 in the exit part 5. If the pressure drops, repeating the operation of moving and rotating the sliding shaft 7 to the left allows the sterilized actual cans 10 to be continuously discharged into the pressure cooker 1. Moreover, in this case as well, On both sides of the outlet portion 5, one or more seal rings 14 in the annular grooves 12 provided between the receiving pockets 9, 9 in the bearing sleeves 16, 16 are always in contact with one or more threads, so that the sliding shaft 7 and the bearing sleeve 16,
16, and maintains complete airtightness to prevent steam leakage from the outlet section 5.

(Effects of the Invention) The continuous feeding and discharging device for real cans for a pressure cooker according to the present invention has two sets of real can storage pockets at the inlet and outlet of the real cans attached to the pressure cooker. The two sets of storage pockets are alternately positioned at the entrance or exit and on both sides thereof by passing through the cans and sliding the sliding shaft, and on the entrance side, the actual cans are placed in the storage pockets located outside the entrance. When the storage pocket moves to the entrance, the sliding shaft is rotated to tilt the storage pocket to send the actual cans to the conveyor, and on the exit side, the cans are sent to the storage pocket located at the exit. When the cans are sent out from the conveyor and the storage pocket moves outside the outlet, the sliding shaft is rotated and the cans are sent out by the tilt of the storage pocket, so the pressure of the sealed type is Not only can it be possible to continuously supply and discharge actual cans to and from the pot while maintaining its airtightness, which can save labor, but the pressure cooker mentioned above can be kept airtight by using the sliding shaft. This can be completely achieved by a very simple structure in which a seal ring is provided between each of the can storage pockets, and the bearing portion of the sliding shaft is formed to have a width that allows one or more of the seal rings to engage at all times. As a result, equipment costs are greatly reduced and the cost of sterilizing canned goods is significantly reduced.
