As is well known, in forming a road surface, a method is widely known in which a foundation surface is provided and tile pieces are arranged and laid on this foundation surface with a base mortar layer interposed therebetween. The road surface where tiles are laid using this construction method is difficult to install, for example, if it is installed in a place where drainage is not sufficient and the underlying layer is likely to contain moisture, such as a landfill (particularly in subways, etc., where tiles are easily affected by groundwater). After construction, moisture that has entered the lower part of the tile piece may turn into water vapor due to sudden temperature changes. As a result, there was a major problem in that the tile layer floated due to the vaporization pressure generated when the water vaporized, causing the tile pieces to peel off.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, this invention specifically provides a water-impermeable base formation layer on a pre-formed foundation surface, and a predetermined interval on the upper surface side of the base formation layer. Impermeable tile pieces are arranged and laid with the following steps in place, a purpose is formed between the tile pieces, and a hole is provided at the joint intersection position of each of the destinations to reach the base surface from the joint surface. A structure for preventing one tile from floating on a tile-laying road surface is constructed by filling the hole with a filler that allows moisture to pass through.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the structure of a tile-laying road surface to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a side sectional view thereof. In the embodiment shown in these figures, the foundation surface 1 is formed, for example, by a concrete layer provided on the ground. A base forming layer 2 is formed on this base surface 1. In the general construction method, the base forming layer 2 includes, for example, a 20 to 30 mm undercoat mortar layer 3 and a 5 to 10 mm thick mortar layer formed on the upper layer.
It consists of a laid mortar layer 4. On the other hand, the tile pieces 5 are arranged and laid at a distance of 6 from each other in such a manner that the back side portions are embedded in the laying mortar layer 4. In the present invention, the base forming layer 2 and the tile piece 5 are made of a water-impermeable material. The ends 6 formed between the tile pieces 5 form joint intersections 7 as shown in FIG. In the present invention, holes 8 are formed at the positions of the joint intersections 7 at predetermined installation distance intervals (for example, approximately 600 mm to 900 mm). The hole 8 has a diameter of about 8 to 10 mm and has a depth that reaches the foundation surface 1 from the joint surface. On the other hand, this hole 8 is filled with a filler 9 that allows passage of moisture. As the filler 9, sand or the like with uniform grains is used, which is inexpensive and has excellent flame resistance and durability.

According to the structure for preventing floating of a tile piece on a tile-laying road surface of the present invention configured as described above, moisture infiltrates the lower side of the laid tile piece, and this infiltrated moisture becomes water vapor due to a sudden temperature change. When converting to
Because the base forming layer and tile pieces are made of impermeable material, the vaporized pressure is released to the outside through the filler filling holes that are provided at the joints so as to reach the foundation surface. Therefore, floating of the laid tile pieces can be effectively prevented.
