In most cases, the temperature could not be changed or could be changed manually. However, sanitary cleaning devices are used by the whole family, from children to the elderly, and are sometimes used by people with disabilities, so they are often used by people who cannot manually adjust the temperature of the hot air themselves.
On the other hand, because the washing water that adheres to the user's private parts is uneven, there are areas that dry quickly and areas that are wet, and as a result, as the drying progresses, areas that dry quickly become hot and uncomfortable. It had Therefore, as mentioned above, those who cannot adjust the temperature of the hot air have no choice but to endure it. Furthermore, elderly people and disabled people who are forced to sit on the toilet seat for long periods of time are at risk of suffering low-temperature burns from being exposed to hot air for long periods of time. In addition, with the above-mentioned conventional configuration, it is difficult to know when the drying is finished because the drying section cannot be directly seen. Residual water runs down your legs, causing discomfort, and even if it doesn't run off as mentioned above, it can get stuck on your damp skin when you put on underwear.
After wearing the underwear, I felt a slight residual moisture sensation, which was really unpleasant.

The progress of drying also varies depending on the season. For example, in winter, it takes longer, so even when the timer goes off, it may not be dry yet, and in summer, on the other hand,
Since the drying process takes a relatively short time, the timer is too long, and even after the drying process, the hot air blows on the drying material, causing discomfort.

従来例と同様な不具合が生じる。 Another method was to attach a thermistor to the hot air outlet and control the temperature at a constant level by utilizing the change in resistance that occurs as the temperature of the hot air changes. However, even if the temperature of the hot air outlet is kept constant, the condition of the area that is actually hit by the hot air cannot be determined, so problems similar to those of the conventional example described above occur.

In the figure, 2 is a toilet seat located on a toilet bowl (not shown), and A is a main body of the sanitary washing device. The sanitary cleaning device main body A includes a cistern 6 and a cistern 6.
Pump 2 that sucks the cleaning water 25 inside from the suction port 24
3, a nozzle 4 that spouts cleansing water pressurized by the pump 23, a heater (not shown), and a motor 2.
A fan 20 rotated by a fan 1 and a hot air outlet 5 that blows out hot air sent by the fan 20 are provided. The sanitary washing device main body A is also equipped with a hot air heating control section B, and has a hot air intake port 22a at a position corresponding to the hot air outlet 5, more specifically, at a position where hot air that hits the user's private parts can be received. A duct 22 is provided and guides hot air from this hot air intake port 22a.
and a thermistor 1 is installed in the hot air intake port 22a.
There are 9. Note that 7 in the figure indicates a storage box. FIG. 3 shows a circuit of a hot air heating control unit B incorporated in the sanitary washing device main body A, 8 is a heater for heating hot air, and a power control element 15 such as a thyristor is provided in the energizing circuit. ing. 1
6 is an output voltage variable circuit, which mainly includes a thermistor 19 that detects the temperature of the hot air at the hot air intake port 22a and an operational amplifier 18, and its output V 0 is used to increase the temperature of the hot air after passing through the local area. As the voltage increases, the voltage gradually decreases from Vcc. This is the temperature detection means. In this way, the power control element 15 is configured to undergo phase control. That is, in order to detect the dry state and maintain a comfortable set temperature, the thermistor 19, which is a temperature sensor, always detects the temperature of the warm air after it comes into contact with the private part after washing. The output voltage variable circuit 16 and the trigger element 14 are adjusted so that the temperature of the hot air after local contact is constant.
The phase of the power control element 15 is controlled by this.

In the figure, the switch 11 is turned on at time t0 .
When turned on, the heater 8 generates heat due to electricity, and hot air is blown out. At time t 0 , the temperature around the private area is low because the private area has just been washed, so the temperature of the hot air after contact with the private area is also low. However, as time passes and the local area becomes dry, the temperature around the local area also rises, and the temperature of the hot air after contact with the local area also rises. As a result, the resistance value of the thermistor 19 decreases, and an output voltage V 0 is generated from the operational amplifier 18 due to the divided voltage with the resistance value of the resistor 17.
In this case, the higher the resistance value of the thermistor 19, the greater the output voltage V0 , which activates the trigger element 14, which in turn triggers the power control element 15, energizes the heater 8, and increases the temperature. let When the set temperature reaches the dot-dash line in FIG. 4, the thermistor 19 detects that most of the moisture has fallen and the dry initial state has been reached (t 1 ). In other words, at time t 0 , the thermistor 19 changes from a drenched state to a state in which there are no drips or the like, and the warm air after passing through the local area has dried to the extent that no moisture is included. Detect by tilting. This is the dryness detection means. However, when the temperature becomes higher than the set temperature, the resistance value of the thermistor 19 becomes low, the output voltage of the operational amplifier 18 is low, the trigger element 14 does not operate, and the power control element 15 is not triggered. The heater 8 is also not energized.

t3)。 The period from t 1 to t 2 in FIG. 4 is a period in which some hunting due to overshoot occurs while trying to maintain the set temperature. After t 2 , the temperature remains almost constant and the local area changes from half-dry to gradually drying (Fig. 4, t 2 to t 2 ).

Therefore, as in the present invention, by keeping the comfortable temperature constant, it is possible to gradually dry the skin so that the feeling of residual moisture does not remain, but also eliminate the discomfort of being too hot.

This reduces the feeling of heat in dry areas, improving comfort, and eliminates the risk of low-temperature burns even when exposed to hot air for a long time, making it safe for the elderly and people with disabilities. It has the feature of being a highly efficient flushing toilet bowl.
