ストンにて空気層を介して熱湯を圧送する装置が
開示されている。この方式は、ピストンの下降に
より湯の粉末とを相対運動させて撹拌を行なうと
ともに、その降下圧を利用してフイルタを通して
の抽出をも行なうものである。しかしながらこの
方法によると、小室に粉末原料を封じ込めている
ために高い圧力が必要となるが、高すぎるとフイ
ルタへの抵抗が大きくなつて破損するおそれがあ
る。また特公昭56―35234号公報には湯水と粉末
原料の混合室の下部にフイルタを介してピストン
を配置し、ピストンの上昇により混合室に空気を
導入して撹拌し、ピストンの下降により混合室に
負圧を発生させて飲料を抽出することが開示され
ている。しかしながら上記の特公昭43―25480号
公報も同様であるが、この場合湯水と粉末原料と
の相対運動量はピストンから押し出される空気の
量によつて決まり、任意の空気量を送り込むこと
で撹拌の程度を変えることは不可能である。その
ため湯の温度が低かつたり或いは粉末原料の粒度
が荒いと充分に撹拌されない欠点がある。
