本発明は、大便器素地の排泥鋳込み成形方法及
びこの排泥鋳込み成形方法に用いる成形型の改良

み空間A内及び前記連絡通路C,Cを介して他方
の鋳込み空間B内へ充填し、所定時間の着肉を行
なつた後、前記両鋳込み空間A,B内の未着泥漿
Sを前記連絡通路Cに形成された排泥通路4a,
4a(第20図参照)及び泥漿給排管3を介して
外部へ排出し、前記石膏分割片群2を分解して大

以上詳述の如く本発明は、従来形成されていた
排泥通路が成形されないため、押圧により排泥通
路を閉塞する工程が省略できるので、側壁部等に
変形のない規格通りの大便器素地を得ることがで
きると共に、排泥通路が形成されないので、泥漿
の使用量が軽減でき省資源化となる等の優れた効
