つている。又、シヤフト1の両端部への圧入は左
右のコ字形屈曲部9,9の形成による弾性力で行

の係合が極めて容易となつている。このように支
持部材7によつて吊下されたシヤフト1の左右に
は駒部材3,5が取り付けられている。この駒部
材3,5は、ゴムや硬質の合成樹脂あるいは軽量
な合金等から形成されており、シヤフト1に回動
可能に外挿されることにより、後述するように巻
取シート12の巻取り及び引出しが可能となつて
いる。この場合、左右の駒部材3,5はいずれも
前記支持部材7との係着部よりもシヤフトの軸方
向内側に外挿されており、その回転が支持部材7
と接触しないで円滑に行なわれるようになつてい
る。そして、巻取シート12の上端部が左右の駒
部材3,5に掛け渡されて貼着あるいは溶着等に
よつて固着されると共に、該上端部が駒部材3及
び5の外周に一回以上巻回されて、巻取用芯部1
2aが形成されている。この巻取シート12は下
端部12bは袋状に縫合されて吸盤14が取り付
けられた補強棒13が内部に挿通されているが、
上端部が巻回されて巻取用芯部12aが形成され
ることにより、巻取り用の芯材を別途、取り付け
る必要がなく、構造が簡略化されている。一方、
前記シヤフト1には巻き取り時の駆動源となるコ
