(Prior Art) Conventionally, the method of connecting a coaxial cord to the terminals of various wiring devices such as plugs, jacks, and connectors is to remove the outer and inner sheaths of the coaxial cord to expose the outer conductor and inner conductor. Each conductor is soldered to the terminal, but this connection requires a considerable amount of effort, which not only increases wiring connection costs considerably, but also requires the use of a soldering iron, etc., for this wiring connection. However, as a countermeasure to this problem, the applicant of this application uses a soldering iron after cutting the coaxial cord smoothly in the direction perpendicular to the axis. He devised a method to connect the device to the terminal without having to use it and has already registered it.

In the terminal electric wire connection structure of the plug 21 configured as described above, the threaded portion 16 of the first stepped portion of the cylindrical body is separated by a pre-regulated constant stroke when screwed into the loosely threaded portion 12 of the cylindrical handle 15. While the coaxial cord 8 is positioned at the retracted end, the coaxial cord 8 whose end face is cut perpendicular to the axis is inserted into the wire insertion hole 17 of the cylindrical handle 15.
, the needle-like positive terminal 6 of the plug 21 is inserted into the inner conductor 9 of the coaxial cord 8, and the plug 2
The ring-shaped ground terminals 11 of the coaxial cord 8 are inserted into the outer conductors 10 of the coaxial cord 8 and connected to each other, and when the locking screw 19 is tightened in this connected state, the coaxial cord 8 is approximately U It is bent into the shape of a square and is locked to the cylindrical handle 15 so that it cannot move in the axial direction.
When the threaded part 16 of the stepped part is tightened by a pre-regulated constant stroke and positioned at the forward end, the inner conductor 9 and outer conductor 10 of the coaxial cord 8 are connected to the needle-shaped positive terminal 6 of the corresponding plug 21. and the ring-shaped ground terminal 11 are reliably connected in an optimal state where they are pressed by a predetermined amount of pressure.

In this locked and tightened state of the coaxial cord 8, even if the rubber and vinyl on the outer periphery of the coaxial cord 8 are plastically deformed over time, the coaxial cord 8 will remain locked between the locking screw 19 and the recessed locking portion 18. It was still folded into a U shape when it was stopped.
Therefore, even if a tensile force is applied to the coaxial cord 8 after this period of time, this tensile force will not affect the connection between each terminal 6, 11 and each conductor 9, 10, and for some reason If poor contact occurs between each terminal 6, 11 and each conductor 9, 10, loosen the locking screw 19, remove the coaxial cord 8 from the cylindrical handle 15, and re-shaft the end of the coaxial cord 8. By inserting the wire cut at right angles into the wire insertion hole 17 of the cylindrical handle 15, the coaxial cord 8 can be easily connected to the plug 21 using only the cutter at hand without using any special tools. In addition, the lock screw 19 can have any type of head such as a minus head, a plus head, a hexagon bolt, a hexagon socket head bolt, or a set screw.
The groove 14 formed in the cylindrical handle 15 can be omitted, and the threaded portion 12 including this portion can be made loose.

Next, FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which
In this case, the terminal electric wire connection structure shown in the first embodiment is replaced with the coaxial cord connection BNC connector 22,
That is, the turn lock connects the other connector 27 to one connector 23 by turning the ring 25 while the pin 24 protruding from the side surface of one connector 23 is fitted into the cam groove 26 of the ring 25. Except for the use of a BNC connector 22 equipped with a mechanism, the configuration, operation, and effects are almost the same as those of the first embodiment.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which
In this case, as a means for tightening the cylindrical handle 28 to the cylindrical body 29 of the earth electrode when the cylindrical handle 28 is moved to the stroke end on the earth electrode side, the cylindrical handle 28 and the cylindrical body 29 of the earth electrode are provided without relative rotation between the two. A linear locking mechanism that tightens the lock by moving it in the axial direction, that is, a bag-shaped nut 31 is rotatably attached to the tip of the cylindrical handle 28 via a snap ring 30 so as to be immovable in the axial direction. A linear locking mechanism is used to tighten the threaded part 32 formed on the stepped part of the cylinder 29, thereby connecting the inner conductor and outer conductor of the coaxial cord to the needle-like positive terminal 34 of the corresponding plug 33 and the ring-shaped locking mechanism. The configuration, operation, and effects are almost the same as those of the first embodiment, except that the connection can be made securely in an optimal state while pressing the ground terminal 35 by a predetermined amount without rotating relative to each other. As the linear lock mechanism, the turn lock mechanism of the second embodiment can be used instead of tightening the screw using the bag-shaped nut 31 shown in the drawing.
