In addition, band heaters that use mica as an insulator have a heat resistance limit of 300°C, and when used in autoclaves for artificial quartz products, they require high-temperature heating of over 400°C, so overheating can cause heat-generating wires. There is also the problem of disconnection.

A means for solving the above problems is a heating device that is fitted onto a cylindrical heated object and heats it, which has a built-in heating wire and a terminal for electrical connection at one end. By curving the pair of tubes along the circumferential direction of the object to be heated, a pair of semicircular arc-shaped heating elements are formed, and the pair of heating elements is placed between one end of the terminal side. It is characterized in that it is connected by an opening/closing member interposed between the two ends and a tightening device interposed between the other ends to form a substantially cylindrical shape.

According to the heating device of the present invention, a tubular body containing a heating wire is bent into a pair of semicircular arc-shaped heating elements, and both ends of the tube are connected by an opening/closing member and a tightening device, and the tube body is opened/closed. Since each terminal on the member side is connected with a flexible wire, it is possible to expand the heating element in the diametrical direction with the flexible wire connected, and therefore it is possible to attach and detach the heating element to and from the heated object. This greatly improves workability and work efficiency.
