られ、折曲時に外側となる外周面側(図面下側)
にそれぞれ45゜傾斜するよう形成された斜面部で、
上記のVカツト部9および一端8a,他端8bの
加工と同時にその加工を行うものである。このよ
うに構成された扉枠8は、第3図の如く矩形の枠
体に折り曲げられると共に、その内側に扉前面板
3を嵌め込む。そしてこれら扉前面板3および扉
枠8による空間部に硬質ウレタンフオームを発泡
付着させ、扉体を形成するものである。またこの
時、合わせ目部7は第4図に示すように一端8a
および他端8bの斜面部10a,10bにより面
取りされたと同様の状態になり、シヤープエツジ
が生じることはない。
