部に設けたローラ付きピン等の摺動部材を嵌装す
る窓枠の内側に設けた誘導路を、窓枠の長手方向
に沿つて設けた、互に平行する上方直線部及び下
方直線部、並びに、上方直線部の下端と、下方直
線部の上端との間に配設した、傾斜誘導路と、そ
の最上部の室外側に配設した、垂直な上方直線部
に対し直角を為した水平な係止部を具備する、折
曲部とから成る長孔で形成る事により、摺動部材
を下降させて水平な係止部に載置すると約30度の
開度である窓の通常の使用状態の開度を保ち、摺
