とスキツドを結合させることを可能とするととも

が出来る様にしたことをその特徴とするものであ
つて、本考案の要旨は三層段ボールを素材に用い
て矩形状に形成する底板の裏面に対して角柱状に
形成するスキツドをその幅方向に亘つて延在する
如く当接させることにより形成される梱包容器用
パレツトにおいて、底部と左右一対の立上り部を
存してコ字型に屈曲形成するとともに両立上り部
に連続させて押え部を一体に延設させて止金具を
形成し、同止金具の上記底部と両立上り部によつ
てスキツドを抱持するとともに押え部を底板表面
に突出させ且つ同表面に沿つて直角に折曲げる様
に構成したことにある。

材としては特に限定されないが本実施例のスキツ
ド3は三層段ボールをコの字型に折曲げ、その中
に充填材を詰めることにより形成される。そして
底板2とスキツド3は同スキツド3の開口部側が
底板2の裏面に当接する状態にて止金具4によつ
て固定される。即ち止金具4は帯板状の素材を用
いて底部7と左右一対の立上り部8,8を存して
コ字型に屈曲形成するとともに両立上り部8,8
に連続させて先端部を鋭角状に切欠き形成する押
え部9,9を一体に延設させることにより形成さ
れ、上記底部7と左右一対の立上り部8,8によ
つてスキツド3の底面と両側面を抱持するととも
に押え部9,9を底板2を貫通させて表面側に突
出させ、且つ同押え部9,9を底板2の表面に沿
つて直角に折曲げるとともに、同押え部9,9の
先端部を下方向に向けて直角に折曲げて楔片11
を形成し、同楔片11を底板2に対して下向きに

るので、底板2に突き刺す作用を得ることが出来
る。スキツド3の数は2本以上必要であり、長さ
は底板と同一幅であることが好ましいが、場合に
よつてはスキツド3の一部に切欠き部を設け、フ
オークリフトのフオークを四方向より差込めるよ
