【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は撮像管ヨークアツセンブリーに係るも
ので、電極接続部用接触片と芯出し用舌片とを一
体化したコンタクトに関するものである。

つて電極用リードが出ている撮像管用ヨークアツ
センブリーにおける撮像管の芯出しの方法として
種々考案され、実施されているがその一例として
つぎのようなものがある。即ち、コイルボビンと
一体成形された複数の芯出し用舌片を撮像管のガ
ラス円面の周囲に設け、説舌片を金属バンド等で
締め付けて撮像管を固定し、芯出しを行う。又は
撮像管のガラス円周面上にゴム輪や複数のゴム舌
片を装着し、該ゴム輪やゴム舌片をコイルボビン
と共に周囲から締め付けることによつて撮像管を
固定し、芯出しを行う等があるがいずれの方法も
若干の欠点を持つている。コイルボビンと一体化
された舌片は大体が樹脂成形品のために高温にな
ると変形してしまうので撮像管の固定位置が狂
い、芯出し精度が悪くなりレジストレーシヨン悪
化の原因となる。又、締めすぎによつて撮像管を
破壊してしまうこともある。ゴム輪やゴム舌片の
場合は製造時のバラツキや締め付け力の違い等に
より芯出し精度を高めるのが難しい。第1図に示
すように後端部の側面に電極接続部5を持つ撮像
管3の場合は芯出し用の舌片やゴム輪等を設ける
場所が制限されるため撮像管を固定して芯出しを
する手段に工夫を要する。公知のものとしては、
撮像管3の側面にある電極接続部5に接触する接
触片2の弾力性を利用して電気的接続と同時に撮
像管3を固定した芯出しも兼ねさせる方法がある
がやはり欠点を持つている。即ち、各電極接続部
5の位置にバラツキがあるので接触片2と電極接
続部5との圧接力が異なり、芯出しの精度をあげ
るのが難しい。又、接触片2で撮像管を固定して
芯出し精度を高めるには接触片2の弾性を可成り
強くせねばならず電極接続部5と接触片2の接触
能力は細かい振動に対しては弱くなり、電気的に
も問題が生じる。

とができる。又、接触片12は撮像管3を固定す
る必要がないので、適当な弾力性を持たせること
によつて細かい振動に対しても充分に対処するこ
とができる。
