Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、下水、産業廃水等の汚水処理装置に
おける曝気槽等より発生する悪臭を防止するため
の防臭蓋の連結部に関するものである。

従来よりコンクリート、金属、ガラス繊維強化
合成樹脂等で成形された蓋体が防臭蓋として使用
されている。現場での施工作業は、例えばコンク
リート製の蓋体の場合、第1図に示すように2種
類の蓋体1,2をパツキン3を介して交互に重ね
合せて行われているが、蓋体自体が重いため作業
性が悪く、施工後の位置の手直し等も難しく、又
蓋体の重量によりパツキンが次第に損傷を受けて
悪臭に対するシール性が低下するという欠点があ
つた。

本考案は叙上の欠点に鑑み、現場での施工の作
業性にすぐれると共に悪臭のシール性にすぐれた
防臭蓋の連結部を提供することを目的としてなさ
れたものであり、その要旨は縁部に縁材が取付け
られた蓋体が並設され、一方の蓋体の縁材には下
方に向けて凹溝が形成され、他方の蓋体の縁材に
は連結部材が延設されており、前記凹溝内に前記
連結部材の屈曲端部が嵌挿されて該凹溝内に嵌め
込まれたシール部材に圧接されると共に、前記凹
溝を形成する垂下部材の先端部が前記連結部材の
上面に載置されることにより蓋体同志が連結され
ていることを特徴とする防臭蓋の連結部に存す
る。

以下本考案の一実施例を図面により説明する。
第2図は防臭蓋の連結状態を示す断面図であり、
4,5は合成樹脂等よりなる蓋体であり、該蓋体
4,5の縁部を除く表面には人工芝6が木ネジ等
で張付けられている。蓋体4,5としては軽量
性、耐久性等にすぐれたガラス長繊維強化合成樹
脂発泡体が好ましい。又、人工芝6の代わりに合
成樹脂塗装を施したものでもよい。前記一方の蓋
体4の縁部7には縁材9が、又他方の蓋体5の縁
部8には縁材10が取付けられている。縁材9,
10としては金属製のもの、合成樹脂製のもの等
が使用されるが、成形加工性、軽量性、耐食性等
にすぐれたアルミニウム製のものが好適である。
縁材9,10の蓋体4,5の縁部7,8への取付
けの際密着性をより完全にするためにシール剤等
を使用して行つてもよく、又図面に示すように縁
材9,10の蓋体4,5を挟持する取付面に突条
を設けてもよい。該突条の形状は三角形、ノコギ
リ形等であつてもよい。

はないが、シール性の面よりネオプレン等の合成
ゴム発泡体が好ましい。

から連結部材12を延設するようにしてもよい。
このようにすると、縁材が一種類でよいため部品
を少なくすることができる。

で設置することができ、連結部から臭気が逃げる
のを防止できるものとなつている。
