Conventionally, dentures have been manufactured using the following methods. That is, as shown in Figs. 1 to 6, first, a mold of the patient's teeth is taken, plaster is poured onto it to form a lower mold 1, and the mold shown in Fig. 2 is placed on top of the lower mold 1. The wax is heaped up to form the wax denture base 2. Thereafter, an artificial tooth 3 is planted on the upper part of the denture base 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and after adjusting the shape of the wax denture base 2, an upper mold 4 is covered with plaster from above. Then, the upper mold 4 and the artificial tooth 3 are strongly joined at the contact part 5, so when the upper mold 4 is pulled upward, it becomes as shown in Fig. 5, and the artificial tooth 3 remains attached to the upper mold 4. When lifted, the wax denture base 2 is exposed and can be removed. After the upper mold 4 and lower mold 1 were brought together again as shown in FIG. 6, resin was poured into the gap 6 where the wax denture base 2 had melted to form a denture. The disadvantages of this method are that the lower mold 1 and the upper mold 4 are once disassembled, and at that time they shift slightly, making it impossible to make accurate dentures.A microwave separation agent made of sodium alginate is used to facilitate peeling. However, defects were found in that plaster stuck between the artificial teeth or between the artificial teeth and the denture base was difficult to remove.

To explain with reference to FIG. 7 and subsequent figures, it is the same as taking a mold of the patient's teeth and forming the lower mold 1 with plaster, but the lower mold 1 is coated with a resin separating agent, and after it has completely dried, the second mold is formed. As shown in FIG. 8, a coating 7 made of an epoxy resin film is formed. Then, the wax denture base 2 is raised and attached on the coating 7, and the artificial tooth 3 is attached to the upper part of the wax denture base 2 as shown in FIG. At this time, the wax denture base 2 is appropriately shaped, and at the same time, a rod-shaped projection 8 with a thick diameter is formed on one side and a rod-shaped projection 9 with a small diameter is formed protruding on the other side. Then, a coating 10 made of an epoxy resin film is uniformly applied to the outer circumferential surface of the artificial tooth 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the wax denture base 2. The thickness of the coatings 7 and 10 is preferably about 1 mm (FIG. 11). When this state is reached, the upper mold 4 is formed with plaster and covered, and the first
The state shown in Figure 2 will be reached. Of course, the upper case and the lower case are not shown in the figure, but the upper mold 4 and the lower mold 1 are loaded between the well-known upper case and the lower case. Items that have reached the state shown in Figure 12 are left as they are without being opened.
It is left in boiling water at 100℃ for about 10 minutes. In such a case, the wax denture base 2 will soften and become liquid,
A spool opening 11 is formed at the rod-shaped projection 8,
Since a vent port 12 is formed at the rod-shaped projection 9, when hot water of 100° C. is injected forcefully through the spool port 11, the liquefied denture base 2 is melted and pushed out from the vent port 12, as shown in FIG. A void 6 is formed as shown in FIG. However, since the epoxy resin films 7 and 10 do not melt at 100°C, they remain for a while. When the state shown in Fig. 13 is reached, when a rice cake-shaped acrylic resin is injected from the spool opening 11, the acrylic resin is injected into the cavity 6 and solidified to form the resin denture base 13, and the denture will not open after all. , you can get dentures with unparalleled accuracy. The one shown in Figure 14 is obtained by opening the container and destroying the plaster part.
As shown in FIG. 15, if the coatings 7 and 10 are then gently peeled off with a fingertip in the same way as peeling off the epidermis, a shiny and beautiful denture with no plaster attached will be obtained.

FIG. 16 and FIG. 17 are diagrams of the second embodiment. In the embodiments shown up to FIG. 15, an epoxy resin coating 7 is formed on the surface of the lower mold 1 made of plaster, but in the second embodiment, no epoxy resin is applied to the lower plaster mold (model). Therefore, they are different in this respect. In FIG. 16, reference numeral 14 uses the lower case of the flask to apply a thin layer of resin separating agent made of sodium alginate onto the lower mold 1 made of plaster, and after this has completely dried, a wax denture is formed. 2 is a wax denture base, and 3 is an artificial tooth. A wax denture base 2 is provided with a rod-shaped projection 8 having a large diameter, and a rod-shaped projection 9 having a small diameter is separately provided. Protrusion 8,
9 are both made of wax. Arrangement of the artificial teeth 3 of the wax denture and formation of the gingiva are performed according to conventional methods. The obtained wax denture is temporarily embedded in the lower case 14 of the flask with the wax denture exposed. Next, apply epoxy resin evenly to the entire exposed wax denture to a thickness of about 1 mm to completely cover it. After that, after drying for about 15 minutes, a coating 10 is formed, and plaster is poured onto it to form an upper mold 4, and a flask upper case 15 is placed on it. 16 is completely fixed with a tightening bolt, and when the flask in this state is immersed in boiling water at 100° C. for about 10 minutes, the wax denture base 2 becomes soft and liquid, and is ready to flow out. Therefore, when hot water of 100° C. is poured from the spool opening 11 formed by melting the rod-shaped projection 8, the wax flows out from the vent opening 12, and the inside becomes hollow. Next, a rice cake-like acrylic resin is injected from the spool opening 11 using a shot curer, and the coating 10 is peeled off and dried as shown in FIG.
