この発明は、人形、動物剥製等に用いる眼球の

な玩具に用いる眼球としては単なるプラスチツク

ス薄片を作り、その裏面を上にして塗料類を塗り
重ね瞳孔、虹彩等を現わすことが行われている。
しかし、この加工は手作業によるものであつて、
手間と熟練を要し、特に基体となる上記レンズ状
のガラス薄片の製造は最も手間を要するものであ

付孔の口縁に合致する一様の曲面であることが望

ること自体が手間を要する上に、さらに一様の曲

かつ耐擦傷性であり透明性にすぐれている点を利
用して、これより硬質滑面でしかも平均した曲面
を形成したものである。すなわち、上記紫外線硬
化型のアクリル樹脂（商標名「ユニデイツク」）
は、速硬化性であり、溶剤である酢酸ブチルの量
と紫外線照射時間を適度に定めることにより、塗
着された際の所定粘度の被膜で形成される表面張
力により上方にもり上つて自然にレンズ状の球面
に保持されたまま固化してガラス面状とすること
