【考案の詳細な説明】 従来、耐候性、耐水性、耐摩耗性等を有するプ
ラスチツクフイルムから成るラベル又はシート基
材の裏面に感圧粘着剤の塗層を設けた感圧粘着ラ
ベル又はシートは、これを、プラスチツク製の自
動車部品、電気機器、建材、食品化粧品用の容器
等の成形品に貼着して使用されているが、その貼
着後、第1図示の如くふくらみを生ずる。その理
由は、その成形品A中に含まれている成形時生成
のガスが、その環境温度下で、例えば室温下で
も、経時的に徐々に成形品の表面に放出される
が、その感圧粘着ラベル又はシートBの基材B1
はそのガスをほとんど或は全く透過する性質がな
いのでその粘着剤塗層B2内又はその下面にたま
つたガスCによりこれを押し上げる結果と解さ
れ、かくしてその部分で粘着剤塗層B2は剥がれ
て貼着初期の良好な貼着状態が失なわれる。

性感圧粘着ラベル又はシートPとしたものであ
る。即ち、該プラスチツクフイルム基材1の裏面
に、アクリル系、酢ビ系等の結着剤の塗層4を例
えば厚さ10〜50μ程度設け、その外面に前記の通
気性基材2を貼着し、その通気性基材2の外面
に、好ましくは、1般に、厚さ10〜100μのアク
リル系、ゴム系等の感圧粘着剤の塗層3を設け
る。その通気性を考慮し約200μまでの厚さの塗
層とする。5は、その感圧粘着剤塗層3の外面に
仮貼着したシリコーン剥離紙を示す。該フイルム
基材1の表面には通常印刷面6を施す。更に、必
要に応じ、印刷面6上にこれを保護するラミネー
トフイルム(図示しない)を施す。本考案により

3面全面でその良好な貼着力を持ち、安定したラ
ベル又はシートの使用状態が長期に亘り維持され

ル又はシートが得られる等の効果を有する。
