ルトの締緩装置に関するものである。

に接近又は離間して該ボルトの締緩動作を行う機
構が記載されている。即ち、二分割される型枠の
接合鍔部を緊締する締付ボルトの夫々の上方にて
上下動できる装置横枠を備え、該装置横枠にボル
ト締緩ユニツトを装架し、このボルト締緩ユニツ
トは駆動機構によつて回転されるようにした機構
を有する技術は之等公報によつて公知である。そ
して、之等のものはセンサ等の働きにより、締付
ボルトの締緩作用又は緩め作用が期待できるが、
未だ不充分であつた。そこで、この考案は之等の
ものに比し、一層締付ボルトの締緩作用が迅速確
実且つ、能率的に行うことができるように工夫
し、且つ、上記従来の前記技術を本案の上位概念
として之を改良し、上下に分割された型枠の接合
鍔部を緊締する締付ボルトの夫々の上方にて上下
動できる装置横枠を備え、該装置横枠にボルト締
緩ユニツトを装架し、このボルト締緩ユニツトは
駆動機構によつて回転されるようにして前記締付
ボルトを締緩するようにした造形型枠締付ボルト
の締緩装置に於て、装置横枠に軸受を介して枢着
されたシヤフトの下端部に可撓接手を介してスピ
ンドルを連結し、更に、ソケツトを下端部に取付
けているスリーブを前記スピンドルに外嵌すると
共に、該スリーブは該スピンドルが所定範囲にて
上下動できるように形成され、更に、前記スピン
ドルの下部には圧縮ばねを介装し、前記シヤフト
の下部及び可撓接手並びにスピンドル及びスリー
ブの上部を首振り規制筒で覆装し、前記接手及び
スピンドルを介して連結した前記ソケツトの首振
り回動が該首振り規制筒にて一定範囲に規制せら
れるように構成したことを特徴とするコンクリー
