1 is formed. A lamp mounting portion 12 is formed on the lower surface of the front side of the substrate body 6 to which the light-transmitting cover body 8 is attached and detached. A dust collecting section 13 is formed on the lower surface side of the substrate body 6 surrounded by the electrical component storage section 11 and the lamp mounting section 12, and a fan chamber section 14 is formed on the upper surface side. An air intake port 15 is formed in the center of the substrate body 6 of the dust collecting section 13. At the center of the intake port 15 is a cylindrical mounting portion 1 for an electric motor 16.
7 is formed. The mounting portion 17 is attached to the substrate body 6.
It is supported by a plurality of radial ribs 18 that protrude only from the bottom surface. The rib 18 extends to a wall portion 19 surrounding the dust collecting portion 13 of the substrate body 6. An air permeable first mesh electrode plate 20 is attached to the portion surrounded by the wall portion 19 with screws. The first mesh electrode plate 20 is supported by the ribs 18 while forming a ventilation path between it and the substrate body 6. The grill body 7
A wall portion 21 that abuts the wall portion 19 is formed on the inner surface. A second breathable mesh electrode plate 22 is attached to the portion surrounded by the wall portion 21 with screws, and a breathable filter 23 molded from a dielectric material is attached thereto. The electric motor 1 is attached to the mounting portion 17 so that the rotating shaft 24 protrudes into the fan chamber 14.
I am wearing 6. The mounting portion 17 is open on the side facing the second mesh electrode plate 22 . As shown in FIG. 22, power supply contacts 26 and 27 protrude from the rear surface of the electric motor 16 through an insulator 25. The power supply contact pieces 26, 27 have power supply lines 28, 29.
is connected. The feeder lines 28 and 29 are connected to the rib 1.
The wiring is connected to the groove portion 30 formed in the mounting portion 1.
I am drawn to 7. As shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, an elastic contact piece 31 for grounding the second mesh electrode plate 22 is formed on the power supply contact piece 27 to which the grounded power supply line 16 is connected. In this embodiment, the elastic contact piece 31 is formed as a separate component. The elastic contact piece 31 has an insertion hole into which the power supply contact piece 27 is inserted, and the power supply contact piece 2 is inserted into the insertion hole.
7, the power supply line 29 is connected to the power supply contact piece 27. Therefore, the elastic contact piece 31 is prevented from coming off from the power supply contact piece 27 by the power supply line 29, and is fixed at the same time as the power supply line 29 is soldered. One end of the elastic contact piece 31 is connected to the electric motor 1.
6 to ground the case.
Therefore, the radio noise generated by the electric motor 16 can be reduced. By attaching and detaching the grill body 7, the elastic contact piece 31 and the second mesh electrode plate 22 are brought into contact with each other, and power is smoothly supplied (grounded) to the separated second mesh electrode plate 22.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 17, 52 is formed of a straight plate on one side and a bent plate on the other. The substrate body 6 supports an elastic contact piece 53 whose one end protrudes into the dust collection section 13 and comes into contact with the first mesh electrode plate 20, and whose other end protrudes toward the electrical component storage section 11 side. As shown in FIGS. 1, 14, and 16, the elastic contact piece 53 is inserted into an insertion hole formed in the base plate 6 and is held by being supported in the middle thereof. The dust collection section 1 of the elastic contact piece 53
A needle-shaped ionization electrode 54 that projects into the fan chamber 14 is formed in a portion of the substrate body 6 that faces the projecting end toward the fan chamber 14 . The ionization electrode 54 is supplied with electricity by contacting the elastic contact piece 53. The elastic contact piece 53 and the elastic power supply pieces 52, 52 protrude into a proximal portion corresponding to one end of the electrical component storage section 11. The elastic contact piece 5 of the main case body 5
The high voltage generator 36 is attached to the portion facing the elastic power feeding pieces 3 and 52, 52. The high voltage generator 36 is attached to the main case body 5 by an elastic locking member 55, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17. The high voltage generator 36 has low voltage contact bodies 56, 56 in contact with the elastic power supply pieces 52, 52.
and a high voltage contact body 57 with which the elastic contact piece 53 contacts.
and is formed. By attaching the substrate body 6 to the main case body 5, electrical connection can be completed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 11 without the need for electrical connection work such as soldering. Further, as shown in FIG. 25, when the main case body 5 and the substrate body 6 are separated, the high voltage generator 36 remains in the main case body 5, and the other low voltage circuit parts remain in the substrate body 6, and the circuits are separated. This allows assembly work to be done individually, improving efficiency. The main case body 5 and the substrate body 6 are connected by a screw 59 screwed into a boss 58 formed on the substrate body 6. The main case body 5 is provided with a rib that forms a fan case that is located around the blower blades 51 when connected to the substrate body 6 and is connected to the air outlet 60 formed on the right and left sides of the main case body 5. 61 is formed. The substrate body 6, the lamp mounting portion 12 on the side of the fan chamber 14, and the fan chamber 14 are partitioned by the rib 61.

A locking piece 63 is formed to be locked to an engaging portion 62 formed on the main case body 5. The engaging portion 62 is formed in a portion of the main case body 5 facing the needle-like ionization electrode 54, and a locking piece 63 that is engaged with the engaging portion 62 is inserted and exposed into the main case body 5. The acicular ionizing electrode 54 faces the acicular ionizing electrode 54 to form a counter electrode of the ionizing electrode 54. Said mounting plate 3
is fixed with screws 2 after removing the room lamp as shown in FIG. Therefore, the body of the vehicle C has conventionally been grounded, and the mounting plate 3 has been grounded, so that the locking piece 6 of the mounting plate 3
3 also serves as a counter electrode plate for the needle-shaped ionization electrode 54. The needle-shaped ionization electrode 54 is located behind the air outlet 60 and ionizes clean air.

The board 64 is locked by elastic claws 65 formed on the lamp mounting part 12. A grounded negative terminal 66 of the air cleaning device 1 is formed on the substrate 64 .
The air purifying device 1 has a positive electrode wire 67 from a storage battery.
A control line 68 from the door interlocking switch is connected to the control line 68. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 20, a screw 69 is inserted through the negative terminal 66 in contact with the negative terminal 66, and the screw 69 is screwed into the mounting plate 3. The mounting plate 3 is connected to the body of the vehicle C to which the negative electrode of the storage battery is connected, thereby completing the wiring of the negative electrode terminal 66 via the screw 69. Further, the screw 69 integrates the mounting plate 3, the main case body 5, and the substrate body 6, so that the locking piece 63 of the mounting plate 3 and the engaging portion 62 of the main case body 5 are locked. Prevent it from coming off.
