[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention relates to a screw conveyor-type scraper for scraping sediment, sludge, etc. settled in a settling basin (including a settling basin), and in particular, This invention relates to a screw type raking machine in which the screw shaft is divided near the catch seat in the middle part of the screw shaft so that the screw shaft can be easily attached and detached.

[Prior Art] Since a screw type scraper uses a relatively long screw shaft, conventionally a bearing has been provided in the middle of the screw shaft in the longitudinal direction to support the weight of the screw. Moreover, the intermediate bearing becomes an obstacle to the movement of debris and causes clogging. Therefore, at present, the screw is supported without using an intermediate bearing by bringing the outer circumferential surface of the screw into sliding contact with the inner surface of the screw trough.

These are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-12532. Further, the drive unit is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-35743. Furthermore, in recent years, there has been a device that uses a hydraulic motor to drive the screw so that it can operate even if the entire sedimentation basin is submerged in water. What is provided is disclosed.

Thus, the outer peripheral surface of the screw is supported by a catch lined with the inner surface of the screw trough,
In other parts, there is a slight gap between the inner surface of the screw trough and the inner surface of the screw trough. Therefore, the screw and catch wear out due to repeated strong pressure contact due to the screw's own weight, the earth pressure of the sand, and contact with settled sand, so a section is provided at the end of the screw to reduce the surface pressure on the contact surface. Efforts are being made to extend the lifespan by using special materials to maintain wear resistance.

The trough that guides the screw is constructed directly from the surface of the sedimentation tank, but troughs made of steel or concrete with curved surfaces and improved waviness precision are also used. Since steel plate materials are corrosive and expensive, concrete materials that are simply formed using formwork are often used, and a simple and highly accurate construction method has been discovered.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] A worn screw or catch needs to be replaced or repaired by padding or the like. However, although various considerations have been made regarding the operation of conventional scrapers, no consideration has been given to disassembly for repair as described above.

In other words, most screw shaft joints adopt the spigot type, and most screw shafts must be inserted into the other shaft from the axial direction, the bolts removed, and then pulled out in the axial direction. In order to repair it, other parts had to be disassembled.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to make it possible to easily remove only the screw on the catch part, which is particularly prone to wear, to shorten disassembly time for repair work and improve movability. This is the purpose.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a screw whose both ends are supported by bearings and rotates via a drive device in the trough of the sedimentation tank, and the outer periphery of the screw is placed at a predetermined position on the inner surface of the trough. In a screw-type scraper equipped with a catch that slides against a surface, near both ends of the catch, the shafts of the screws are parallel to each other in a plane containing the shaft center so that they can be separated in a direction approximately perpendicular to the shaft center. Divisions are provided which are removably connected by abutting each other at contact surfaces, and the division surfaces of the screw blades corresponding to the division portions are located in the same plane as the contact surface of the shaft.

[Operation] Since the divided shafts are joined by contacting each other's contact surfaces provided approximately in the axial direction, even if the outer circumferential surface of the screw blade is worn out due to sliding contact with the catch seat, etc. When repair is required, it can be separated in a direction perpendicular to the shaft center, and since the dividing surface of the screw blade is flush with the contact surface of the shaft, when the screw is disassembled in the trough, the contact surface and dividing surface are vertical. If it is oriented in this direction, the bolts used to fasten it will face sideways, making it easier to remove them. In addition, the screw can be taken out above the raft without any problems in the same state.
Repair time can be significantly reduced.

[Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 7. A trough 2 is provided at the bottom 1 of the sedimentation tank, and a screw 3 is installed inside the trough 2, one end of which is supported by a bearing 6 near the sedimentation tank 5, and the other end supported by a bearing 6' of the drive unit 4. It is made rotatable via a drive device 8 such as an electric motor or a hydraulic motor. A catch seat 7 is provided in the trough 2 at the middle part of the screw 3 to support the deflection due to the screw 3's own weight. Details of this portion of the seat 7 are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The bottom of the trough 2 of the concrete base bottom 1 is filled with a ballast 28, and above it a concrete mold trough 9 having a substantially semicircular groove formed by a mold is installed, and the mortar 1
0 and metal fittings 11 to fix it to the trough 2. A seat 7 made of a steel plate such as high-strength steel is provided in close contact with the inner surface 17 of the groove of the mold trough 9 and welded to the metal fitting 11. As shown in FIG. 4, the inclined surface 13 may be slightly curved at the end of the catch so that the sediment scraped by the screw 3 can easily move, and the tip 14 may be slightly curved. There may be a vertical part. Furthermore, the inclination angle α is preferably 30 to 60 degrees.

However, the screw 3 is provided with seams 20, 20' so that it can be disassembled in the vicinity of the seat 7 in its intermediate portion. The dividing surface 29 of the screw blade 18 is flush with the contact surface 22 of the shaft 19, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, and the joints 20, 2
The contact surface 22 of 0' and the dividing surface 29 are formed parallel to each other.

As shown in FIG. 5, for example, in the case of a hollow shaft 19, this seam 20 is formed by fitting and fixing a connecting member 30 having an L-shaped cross section of approximately the same diameter into the shaft 19, and fixing the connecting member 30 with the L-shaped cross section of each connecting member 30. Vertical plane 21, 2 of shaped cross section
3. Among the contact surfaces 22, the contact surfaces 22 formed substantially in the axial direction are brought into contact with each other and fastened together with a bolt 24 passing through the contact surfaces 22. For this fastening, use the head 25 of the bolt 24 or the nut 2.
6 so that the top does not protrude beyond the outer periphery of the shaft 19.
For example, the fastening portion may have a concave surface 27. In addition to screw fastening using the bolts 24 and nuts 26, the fastening means may be fastening using pins, for example, and any fastening means may be used as long as the contact surfaces 22 are in constant contact and do not separate.

With the above configuration, for example, if the screw is disassembled, the screw can be stopped at the position shown in FIG. 2 or 3, and the tightening bolt 24
Since it is oriented horizontally, the removal work inside the trough becomes extremely easy. By removing the bolt 24, the screw can be scraped out above the trough without any support.

[Effects of the invention] The screw-type scraper of the invention can be easily disassembled and assembled during repair work because a part of the long screw shaft can be removed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction. In addition, there is no need to disassemble other parts, which can significantly shorten the disassembly time and improve the operating rate of the machine.
