Generally, the antenna and the plug are connected by a coaxial cable, and the jack and the receiver input circuit are connected by a shielded wire or vinyl wire. Figure 2 shows
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a conventional connection structure between an antenna jack and a receiving input circuit; FIG. 2a uses a shielded wire, and FIG. 2b uses a vinyl wire. In the figure, 1 is the housing of the receiver, 2 is the antenna jack, 3 is the printed circuit board, 21 is the shield wire, 31 and 32 are the vinyl wires, 41 is the connection round hole for the reception input signal line, and 42 is the reception input Reference numeral 8 indicates a round hole for connecting the ground line, 8 indicates the antenna jack signal line terminal, and 9 indicates the antenna jack ground line connection portion. The connection method using the shield wire 21 is as follows. Shield wire 21 or vinyl wire 31, 3
2 is mounted together with other parts 10 in the round holes 41 and 42 of the printed circuit board 3, and after being soldered and fixed using an automatic soldering device, the printed circuit board 3 is attached to the housing 1. Next, the antenna jack 2 is attached to the housing 1 by the cutout 11.
The signal line terminal 8 and the ground line connecting portion 9 are pre-soldered, and the conductor portion 22 of the shield wire 21 and the braided wire 23 are connected by hand soldering. Further, in the case of the vinyl wires 31 and 32 shown in FIG. 2b, the signal line and the ground line are connected respectively by the same operation as described above.

There were many work steps, such as the need to pre-solder the signal line terminals and ground line connections. Moreover,
The base of the shielded wire or vinyl wire conductor must be pinched with tweezers to release heat while soldering, resulting in poor work efficiency. Further, there were problems such as damage to the wire material if the soldering time was long.

Fig. 1a is a front view and side view of the clamp according to the present invention, Fig. 1b is a perspective view showing a state in which the antenna jack reception input circuit is connected using the clamp, and Fig. 1c is a It is a sectional view taken along the line AA' in FIG. b. In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 2 are given the same reference numerals. In FIG. 1a, 4 is a clamp made of steel plate (for example, galvanized iron plate). The clamp 4 is formed so that it can be press-fitted into the printed circuit board by means of a protrusion 5 at the lower center thereof, and will not easily fall off even in a temporarily fixed state before the soldering process. In FIG. 1b, a square hole 6 for fixing a clamp provided on the printed circuit board 3 is connected to a pattern of a receiving input circuit, and a square hole 7 is connected to a ground pattern. Mount the clamp 4 in the square holes 6 and 7 together with other parts 10,
After being soldered and fixed using an automatic soldering device, the printed circuit board 3 is attached to the housing 1. Thereafter, the clamp 4 is bent appropriately to facilitate connection with the antenna jack. Next, lightly press the clamps 4 so that the tips of the clamps 4 come into contact with the signal line terminal 8 and the ground line connection part 9 of the antenna jack 2 attached to the housing 1, and then solder them. Connect. Figure 1c shows the A-A' cross section of Figure 1b,
A state in which the clamp 4 is soldered 12 and fixed to the printed circuit board 3 is shown.

Therefore, the work process can be reduced. In addition, work efficiency is improved because soldering can be done by simply holding the clamp lightly, and since vinyl-coated wire material is not used, there is no damage to the wire material during soldering time, and the antenna Since the jack can be more firmly fixed, it will not wobble due to extra external force such as when inserting a plug, so a reliable connection can be achieved.
